Celebrating the NHS at 73
To help mark the NHS’s birthday on Monday 05 July, we will be relaunching our #MSEBigThankYou campaign.
The campaign is a way for people to say thank you to everything the amazing NHS staff do to help others. For the campaign you can use the new resources or feel free to use the original materials a little further down.

Original Big Thank You Content
On Monday 5 October we launched the MSE Big Thank You Week and we asked you and your colleagues to get involved!
With so much happening over the last year due to the Coronavirus pandemic (and still more to do) we asked our colleagues to take a moment to say those all-important “thank you’s” we sometimes don’t have the time to say.
It’s a simple and easy means of recognition as well as going a long way to giving that sometimes much needed morale boost. To celebrate the behaviours and ‘little touches’ that mean so much and to reflect upon people going that extra mile for one another, we encouraged colleagues to send an e-card, a printed card or a text message to their fellow colleagues.
Download all the original content below. Don’t forget to get involved in the Festive thank you starting 14th December.

In December the MSE festive Big Thank You relaunched with a Christmas theme.
The campaign was designed around the five ways to wellbeing which include giving, learning, taking a mindful moment, getting active and connecting. Download the festive thank you toolkit below.
If you’re sending a thank you message, please also send it to firstname.lastname@example.org as we would love to see some of the special messages you are sending and track how many are sent during the campaign.
